Dosage: Prepare a solution with a concentration of 1%-2%, and add it to the flotation process. The recommended dosage ranges from 50 to 600 g/t of raw ore. This depressant should be introduced prior to the collector and frother.
Use/Application:
When added to the slurry, the pyrite depressant reacts with the surface of pyrite, forming stable complexes that render the surface hydrophilic.
