YX813 is often added as a concentrate directly in plant-scale operations, while in laboratory testing, a 5% solution in water is recommended for optimal performance. The preparation involves mixing 95 parts of water with 5 parts of YX813 at a minimum temperature of 10°C, with continued agitation until a homogeneous solution is formed.

Compatibility and Stability:

YX813 is highly dispersible in water and is compatible with both cationic and nonionic flotation agents as well as commonly used modifying agents. It remains chemically stable under normal beneficiation conditions.

  • Materials: It is non-corrosive to iron and steel, but avoid using zinc, copper, their alloys, polyethylene, PVC, and most types of rubber as they may react with or dissolve in the product.
