Mining Chemical Molybdenum Collector M1001S for Ore Flotation Process
Product description:
Product name: Collector M1001S
Appearance: Yellow oily liquid;
Dosage: This product is insoluble in water, and can be added to the original solution or mixed with emulsifiers for use. The addition point is usually in the ball milling or flotation stage, and the specific addition position should refer to the site. The usual dosage of reagents is 2-100 g/t of raw ore. This collector has no foaming properties and requires the addition of more frother than xanthate and other collectors for use.
Use/Application: Successfully used for flotation of copper ore containing molybdenite, a highly selective copper molybdenum sulfide mineral collector can improve the recovery rate of molybdenite and improve subsequent copper molybdenum separation. It can also be used for the flotation of low alkalinity primary copper and copper sulfide, and is the main collector for the recovery of copper from copper slag in smelters. This product is one of the most selective copper collectors, with extremely weak collection ability for pyrite. It can achieve copper sulfur separation under low alkalinity conditions and is an excellent collector for high sulfur copper ore flotation. This product does not have foaming properties and needs to be combined with frother or emulsifiers during use.
