PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Product name: Depressant D421B
Appearance: Black brown solid particle powder;
Dosage: The concentration of the prepared solution of this product is less than 2%, and it is generally added to the mixing tank or flotation tank. The specific addition point will be determined according to on-site needs, with a dosage of 50-1000 g/t of raw ore. Attention: This medication contains a small amount of insoluble substances, which are also active ingredients of the depressant. It is recommended to add a stirring device at the dosing buffer tank to avoid precipitation over time.
Use/Application: (1) Depressant selectively interact with the surface of serpentine, forming a hydrophilic film on its surface to prevent it from interacting with or adhering to bubbles, allowing serpentine to be discharged from tailings;
(2) Eliminate the electronegativity of the mudified gangue minerals in the slurry, avoid the coverage or adsorption of electronegative gangue minerals on the surface of the target metal minerals, so that the target metal minerals can effectively interact with collectors and frother;
(3) Under low alkaline conditions, it can effectively adsorb on the surface of pyrite and oxidize it, forming a hydrophilic film that makes the surface of pyrite hydrophilic and effectively depressed.
