Lithium is an extremely important energy strategic metal, and the scope of its application is becoming more and more extensive. Lepidolite is a common lithium-containing mineral and one of the main raw materials for extracting metallic lithium. Amine collectors are commonly used in the flotation of lepidolite ores. However, the selective ability of Amine collectors is ineffective, the flotation froth becomes viscous and hard to rupture. Equipment needs to be operated under strong acid conditions and will be severely corroded. The wastewater treatment and recycling are more difficult either.

To solve these deficiencies, our company uses an anion and cation collectors compound system. We developed high-efficiency enrichment technology of lithium resources by regulating the type of combined collectors, optimized mixture ratio, and PH value of pulp. Using anion and cation collectors combination under neutral pulp flotation highly increased the acidic flotation condition index of lepidolite. Use/Application: The lithium mica collector L0810 adopts a complex system of anionic and cationic collectors. By adjusting the type and ratio of the combined collectors and optimizing the pH of the slurry, a high-efficiency lithium resource enrichment technology has been formed. The key technology and innovation are as follows: Develop an efficient selective collector for lithium mica in a neutral slurry system. Under neutral pH condition, the combination of anion and cation collectors is used for flotation of lepidolite. The foam is fresh, less entrainment, green and environmentally friendly, and the flotation index has been greatly improved compared with acid conditions.
