Dosage: This product is used in the selection area of zinc sulfide, with the addition of raw solution. The addition point refers to the on-site collector, which is generally added in a stirring bucket or flotation tank, with a dosage of 5-100 g/t of raw ore.
Use/Application: Zinc sulfide high-efficiency collector with strong foaming ability is mainly used in the flotation process of copper zinc, lead zinc, and copper lead zinc sulfide ores, which can reduce the amount of frother used. This product has extremely strong collection ability and good selectivity for zinc sulfide, but weak collection ability for pyrite and magnetite. It can achieve zinc sulfur separation under low alkalinity conditions. Compared with traditional zinc collectors such as yellow medicine, the use of this product can reduce the amount of copper sulfate, lime, or other sulfur inhibitors, while ensuring the grade of zinc concentrate and significantly improving the recovery rate of zinc concentrate.
