Appearance: Off-white to pale yellow powder
Dosage: This product should be dissolved to a concentration of under 0.5%. It is generally added to the mixing tank before the collector and frother, but can also be added afterward, depending on the flotation process. The recommended dosage is between 50-600 g/t of raw ore, with the exact addition point to be determined on-site.
Usage/Application:
Depressant D01 interacts selectively with gangue minerals, such as talc, serpentine, and mica, forming a hydrophilic layer that prevents these minerals from adhering to flotation bubbles. It also aids in agglomerating gangue minerals, preventing them from interfering with valuable mineral flotation and thus improving overall flotation recovery.
