Strong Selectivity: Compared to other thiol collectors, YX3477 exhibits stronger selectivity in copper flotation, effectively separating copper sulfides from iron sulfides. It is also highly effective in the flotation of copper-activated zinc minerals.
Broad Application Range:
Copper Ores: Especially effective for copper-sulfide ore flotation, selectively floating copper while suppressing iron sulfides.
Nickel Ores: Enhances flotation efficiency and improves nickel recovery rates.
Precious Metal Ores: Improves the recovery of gold, silver, and platinum.
Oxidized Copper Ores: Highly efficient in floating oxidized copper minerals, ensuring high copper recovery.
Copper-Cobalt Ores: Works well in mixed flotation of copper and cobalt minerals, often used in combination with thiol collectors for enhanced recovery.
Can be used alone or in combination with xanthate collectors, with better results when combined with xanthates.
Recommended to be diluted to 5-20% solution before adding, with mild agitation to ensure uniformity.
