Usage/Application:
Frother Q92 is specially designed for flotation processes involving sulfide ores that contain talc. It works by generating stable, fine bubbles with low foam viscosity and minimal liquid carry-over, which prevents hydrophilic gangue minerals like talc from being adsorbed onto the bubbles. This selective behavior enhances flotation efficiency, leading to improved recovery rates and higher concentrate quality.
It is particularly suitable for the flotation of copper sulfide ores, copper-gold sulfide ores, and copper-lead-zinc sulfide ores with talc contamination.
Packaging: Available in 200 kg per drum and 1000 kg per IBC drum.
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry location away from direct heat or sunlight. Keep away from strong oxidizers, reducing agents, and open flames.
