Dosage: Prepared as a solution with a concentration of 0.3% -1%. Generally, talc depressant is added before adding the collector and frother, or it also can be added after that. The specific addition point can refer to the site, and the dosage is 50-600 g/t of raw ore.
It is recommended to prepare with hot water above 50 ºC, with a recommended concentration of 0.3% -1%. When preparing, add hot water above 50 ºC to the mixing tank first, and then add the drug to fully disperse in the water slowly. Stir for 2-3 hours until it is fully dissolved in the water, and the preparation is complete.
If the preparation conditions for high heating are not available, it is recommended to prepare at a water temperature of 15 ºC or above. The specific steps are the same as above.
Usage: Mainly used for the efficient depressant of easily floating and mud prone gangue minerals such as talc, serpentine, mica, and pyroxene, it is mostly used for copper nickel ore, copper ore, platinum ore, etc. It can effectively achieve the efficient separation of target minerals from mud gangue minerals, avoid talc and other mud gangue minerals covering and adsorbing target minerals, so that the collector can efficiently interact with target minerals, achieve efficient collection of target minerals, and improve concentrate recovery rate and grade.
