Dosage: Prepare a solution with a concentration of ≤1.5% before use. Add it at the designated point in the flotation process, such as the mixing tank, flotation tank, or ball mill. The recommended dosage is 50-1000 g/t of raw ore.
Usage: Depressant DCS-A is primarily used to suppress fine-grained carbon minerals like graphite, organic carbon, and free carbon, while also exhibiting a strong depressant effect on pyrite. It is ideal for use in the flotation of non-ferrous metal sulfide ores containing carbon and pyrite. By selectively targeting these minerals, it makes their surfaces strongly hydrophilic, thereby enhancing the grade and recovery rate of the target mineral concentrate.
