Y&X Calcium Carbonate Depressant D417

Appearance: White to light yellow solid powder

Dosage: 30-500 g/ton

Use/Application: Mainly used for the efficient inhibition of calcium carbonate (calcite), applied in fluorite flotation, phosphate flotation, and other mineral flotation processes. It effectively inhibits the flotation of calcium carbonate, allowing the collector to interact more effectively with fluorite, apatite, and other minerals, thereby significantly improving concentrate grade and recovery rate.

This product is prepared into a solution with a concentration of less than 5% and added to the flotation process. The dosing position is recommended to be before the collector. A dosage of 30-500 g/ton of raw ore is recommended. It can also be used in combination with other depressants to achieve optimal flotation performance.

Preparation Method
: To prepare, first add water to the mixing tank, start stirring, and then slowly add the agent to ensure full dispersion. Stir for 0.5-1 hour until the agent is completely dissolved in water, and the preparation is complete.
